Refresher and Re-test Forklift Training Course

Refresher courses are ideal for operators with evidence of prior formal training who want to update their accreditation. Our tailored courses combine theory and practical education to ensure that your knowledge is fully up-to-date, and your certification updated to allow you to continue to operate a lift truck and remain fully compliant with the HSE Code of Practice L117. It’s recommended that operators take a refresher course every three to five years through a refresher course to maintain standards in health & safety and efficiency.

Our courses can be tailored to your needs to ensure you receive the necessary training and certification to operate a forklift safely and effectively. Our instructor can travel to you, or courses can be taken in our centres based in Kidderminster and Redditch.

Who should take a refresher and re-test forklift training course?

This course is for trained and certified forklift operators to update their knowledge and accreditation in line with industry best practice. It is recommended by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) that operators refresh their certificate of training every 3-5 years.

What level of skill is required?

This course is designed for candidates who currently hold a certification and can competently operate a forklift in a warehouse environment.

 How is this course assessed?

Through practical assessment and a written theory test.

What certification will I receive?

After training has been completed, you will receive a certificate of competency through nationally recognised accrediting body AITT.
