Through the Palletline network, our customers have a range of delivery options to suit all budgets and requirements. These include premium and next-day delivery, as well as 48- and 72-hour delivery for less time-critical deliveries.
You can simply arrange a collection to suit you by talking to a member of our friendly team. We can collect as quickly as the same working day and an experienced driver in a vehicle suitable for your goods and premises will be sent to collect the pallets. They will then load and secure them on to the vehicle before bringing them back to our depot in Kidderminster for their onward journey.
Once you’re set up as a customer in our system, you can book via our online portal – it couldn’t be easier or quicker. You will then have full visibility of your goods as they move through their delivery journey.
You can also contact our helpdesk team to arrange bookings via phone or email if that’s preferable, or to discuss an existing booking. We can facilitate one-off bookings on a “pay as you go” basis, but if the working relationship is ongoing, we will set you up on our system and invoice twice a month.
Standard Motor Transport operates a pricing structure based on expected weekly volumes. There are currently 4 pricing scales, and the more freight you send, the cheaper the cost is per pallet. Delivery cost is also calculated by the size of the freight, the chosen service levels and where in the UK or Ireland it is being sent to.
